Don't Forget to Feed the Bin!

Spazio Bernardo is a condominium with a clean environment BEFORE!. But after several years past. some of the tenants, or owner rather in the said condominium are not that disciplined in disposing their trashes anymore. Garbage bags are left outside the units which is improper. In the lobby there's a big garbage bin where the owners can put their garbage there and the maintenance will dispose the garbage the next day.. But even though there is a Garbage bin  some of the trashes are still scattered  on the floor of the Lobby, so the smell of the trashes are spreading all over the building.

As someone who is also living in the said condominium, I would like to solve this problem. I will report this problem to the admin, and I'll suggest some solution to this problem like; The Maintenance should collect the garbage outside the units if there is and in the Lobby at night. This solution will decrease or remove the stinky smell of trashes all over the building and the building's lobby will look clean again like before..
